On January 18, 2025, China Jushi convened the Annual Work Conference for 2025. Zhou Yuxian, Chairman of China National Building Materials Group (CNBM), and Liu Yan, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee of CNBM, attended the conference and delivered keynote addresses. Yang Guoming, President of China Jushi, presented a comprehensive work report titled "Steadfast Confidence, Anchored Goals, Pragmatic Execution: Accelerating the 14th Five-Year Plan and Pioneering a New Chapter of Three-High Development". Shao Xiaoyang, Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of the Labor Union of China Jushi, presided over the proceedings.

Relevant department heads from CNBM, along with the senior executives, president assistants, and all mid-level managers from China Jushi, attended the conference at the main venue. Sub-venues via video conference included participants from Jushi’s plants at Jiujiang, Chengdu, Huai’an in China, and from Suez, Egypt, and South Carolina, USA, respectively.

Wu Ping, manager of plant no. 2 & 3, Ji Anran, manager of plant no. 1, Xing Wenzhong, head of the glass research center, and Shen Weifeng, general manager of procurement & supply department, delivered best-practice presentations. Ma Xinyao, deputy general manager of Jushi Egypt, Song Changyu, general manager of Huai'an New Energy, Wang Ping, general manager of foreign sales department, and Chu Peigen, general manager of systems management department, articulated strategic commitment statements during the conference.
